1. Preadmission

Our highly trained intake personnel are here to help guide you through the difficult choice of choosing the right treatment program for you or a loved one. Whether this is your first time seeking help, you have sought help previously, or you are calling on behalf of a loved one, we will walk you through the process of entering treatment, explain the difference between detoxification and residential treatment and even provide referrals to other programs if you feel Resolve Recovery isn’t right for you. We are here to help you!

Resolve Recovery accepts most major HMO and PPO insurance plans, and we can provide free insurance verification and an explanation of benefits/share of costs. We are always happy to facilitate an on-site tour and assessment at no charge. We invite you to contact us to arrange a visit for your and your family.

2. Admission

If you determine that Resolve Recovery is the right fit for you, we will make sure you’re prepared for your stay with us. It’s a big transition and we want it to be as smooth and comfortable for you as possible. We can provide you with a list of items to bring and we can also help coordinate travel to our program. When you first arrive, one of our staff members will guide you through the admission process where you provide your medical history. We will then evaluate your needs, explain how the program works and address any other questions you may have. Friends and family are welcome to accompany you on your first day and can wait in the reception area while you meet with a counselor. After the admissions appointment, we will help you bring in your luggage and get you situated.

3. After Resolve Recovery

To ensure that each client is prepared for her life after Resolve Recovery, we work with you to develop a discharge plan that is right for you. This planning begins the day you are admitted for treatment. As our treatment team gets to know your unique needs, we work with you to develop and refine your plan.

Our staff works with you to identify and secure aftercare and/or step-down treatment, which in some cases may include sober living. If you are working or going to school, we will help to develop an aftercare plan that helps you get back to those things as quickly and safely as possible.
